Hello fam

seems like there is no much activity happening here. Today 17th makes it a year we submitted our application to Accra and we have not received any application or UCI number.

A couple of times, we have written to them and have always gotten a same reply of application being in the queue.

Wow!
That is not promising at all.
A whole year.
That wouldn't be the general experience. If only others would share their experience.

I wonder what avenues others have tried to get their applications on track. There has to be a way to bring this to the awareness of the general public.

I have read through this whole thread and still can't confirm just how long it takes Accra office to process an application. The pandemic period has made that situation worse.
From what I can tell, other VOs are managing around 6months. Now we have someone having waited a full year with their application still on the waiting queue.
So what are folks in this situation doing to correct this?

I have not received my PR yet but once they started processing my application I saw my spouse and kids name on my account and their UCI. Don't know how they do their thing
