ECAS Applicant shows Application received- June 01, 2021
Biometrics- Exempt (because earlier applied for visitor visa but it got rejected)
Medical submitted- June 07, 2021
Medical received - June 12, 2021
ECAS Line 2 shows processing- Oct 29, 2021
ECAS Applicant shows Decision Made- Nov 16, 2021

My question is- my GCkey account never showed medical passed. It is not showing the decision made either and I haven't received any Pre-Arrival letters like many of you guys. My lawyer hasn't received any update.
GC Key won't update and it always "In-Process" even though ECAS is decision made. The only update you will see in the future is "Counterfoil" being generated after passport is submitted to IRCC Delhi via VFS. Minimum time its 14-21 days to turnaround the passport.

My ECAS account is only showing:

1. We received ************** application for permanent residence on April 19, 2021.
2. We started processing *************** application on October 28, 2021.
3. Medical results have been received. (In this case Medical is passed)

It shows the Decision Made on both sponsor and applicant as of Nov 16, 2021, in ECAS.

Is it okay to not get a pre-arrival letter before DM?
I think so. Some people don't received Pre-arrival letter.

Do ECAS showing decisions made is a good thing?
Yes, just wait for email communication from IRCC.

Does this mean my application is approved/accepted for the spousal visa?
Most likely yes. 99.1% the application is approved.

When should I expect PPR?
Passport request can take a week to a month.

after this there is no update on the application

All office and medical centres were closed because of pandemic. So, both medical and biometrics got delayed.

Any opinion guys about the status?

Completely normal timeline, esp the silence after bio/meds/aor2 - that's the quietest period.

But in the AOR2 letter it was mentioned as NDVO will contact within two months.
But it’s been more than four months

For the PR visa I have a few questions if you guys can help with your experience:

1) I made the payment via the payment link received. When would I receive the AWB number and when will blue dart come to pick passport?
2)Which form to fill for height and color?
3) Is there any specific envelope to use or any envelope will do?
4) What all to put inside the envelope- passport, 2 photos, PPR email, height color form? Anything else?
5) The SMS form and consent forms are to be put inside the envelope or hand over to the courier boy?
6) In the SMS form what is SO Done By/Date _______________________ DO Done By/Date ____________________ (After point no. 3). I mean what date to fill in these?
7) Do I need to fill the consent form? I don't understand that form.

How are you doing? I sent my passport directly to Accra

Passport dropped at DHL - 11th November
Passport arrived at CVAC, Accra - 15th November
Counterfoil - 18th November
Passport couriered back - 19th November
Passport and COPR received - 23rd November

The total time line is around 2 weeks

NDVO usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks for passport stamping. Once the passport is stamped, you will get a 'counterfoil generated' update in your gckey account and status of application will become 'Approved'.

Can you please confirm if counterfoil is generated after passport is stamped or before stamping? I can see in the GC Key account, the application is approved and see counterfoil number.
