However, I’d recommend to use your UCI number (instead of the application number) go check the status of your application!

My parents UCI number from visitor visa application didnt work either, but when I tried with the Application ID starting with letter F******* it showed me the status. The status was visible only after i received the AOR.

*Bump to this post......would anyone concur that no re-submission of IMM 5768 is not required for those who provided already with their original application ?

I wish I could know if someone received decision made/medical request/PCC without submitting the 5768 form even though they were asked to resubmit? This way I can make sure I don't need to resubmit since I submitted that form originally with the application.

alright, did they have any other medical done in the last 12 months?

no..there medical expired in 2019.. they have to go for new medicals...can i go for upfront medicals

My parents have been requested biometrics and date in my country is not available within 30 days (earliest available is Nov 21). I am planning to send a web form requesting ircc for an extension. Web form is asking if app is being processed in Canada or outside- can anyone please suggest what should I select?

Hi, I received that standard letter like everyone else. I didn’t resubmit the 5768 form as I already provided SIN and gave my consent in the original application package. I have just received medical request. This is just my case but hope this helps.

Today I received email about sponsorship decision and it say sponsorship eligibility met and application is now forwarded to Delhi as my parents are in India. Fingerprints were done. Now awaiting for further instructions. Anyone else got similar email?

No problem. I received AOR on Sep 3.

I received similar letter today. It says:
You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative will be forwarded to Delhi for further processing. This office was selected based on your relative’s home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

My concern is that my father is in Canada with me though and will be here visiting with me for some months and I may apply to extend his stay. When I sent his PGP sponsorhip application in Feb 2021, I signed up to act as his representative. I am assuming all future correspondence from CIC to my father will be directly sent to me (the sponsor/representative) via email, and that my father can do medicals, etc here in Canada.

Do I need to notify them that his home address will be in Canada for now? (PS: I used my Canadian home address as his mailing address when I filled the application forms submitted back in February)

Please advise.
