July Non SDS Fall Intake 2021-22

Hello Friends,

My wife (34 years) is planning for student visa and she wanted to accompany child (7 years) along with her
What is the probability of getting Student visa to her
We are Indian citizen residing in Qatar from past 9 years
We can show 50K CAD as bank balance

FYI. she already got an offer for PG Diploma from York university for Jan-22 intake

Please advise

It's really hard to predict the outcome of student visa. But you sure can apply for one as soon as possible because it takes lot time to get a decision on the visa, especially during this pandemic.

I just received a mail from university saying this lol.

"Student outside Canada (attending online classes in Fall 2021 term)

If you have not received a final study permit approval letter/visa for your application, you should drop all courses by September 7th, 2021 to avoid a financial or an academic penalty."

And now I'm more anxious than ever lmao

I applied from uae May 15, biometrics on June 4, refusal 1 July, reapplied 10 July

I submitted two webforms with additional docs to support my application (ircc didnt ask me to do it tho) on 14 July and 1 August, I got an email from ircc to resubmit the docs on 14 Aug and I did it that very day
No updates after that

My uni did say that the first week of classes will be online, but day by day im get more anxious whether I'll be able to go this year or not :/

My classes are online as well, but they've asked to drop the courses if I don't receive a visa on time.

Thank you for wishes. And I hope you get yours soon this time. I'll keep you in prayers. Let's hope all of us starting classes in fall get their decisions as soon as possible hopefully before the start of classes so that we can study without having any other thoughts.

Congratulations buddy. What exactly did you send, can you send me a copy of it so that I get an idea aswell. Did you apply through SDS or Non SDS?

What did you mention in 2 previous web form for support your application I mean which documents or what did you write for it ??

Any updates guys? There's been a few refusals recently from June non SDS in India. It's only making me more anxious and scared lol.
