I've seen people waiting 11,5 months waiting for AOR....However you can request a webform and also GCMS notes..
Last time I requested web form that time they said we are working on initial completeness.but nothing after that

I had put my webform around twenty days back much before the Afghan problem started but it just a few mins back I got response that they are busy with Afghanistan. Complete nonsense. They are just hiding behind for one reason or another just not good. We are helpless anyways so no option but to take whatever is thrown our way.
