Just look at travel options to Canada right now, it's a total mess. Some students are paying upwards of 3000 CAD to travel from India for their fall course, completely insane. I would rather buy a 3080Ti with that money instead of an air ticket.

The reopening of the crossing last week means U.S. acts can finally perform again in the Great White North.

Maroon 5 will keep a scheduled Sept. 2 date at Budweiser Stage in Toronto after the land border between Canada and the U.S. reopened last week to fully vaccinated Americans and permanent residents, Billboard has learned.

“This step opens possibilities to get Canada back on the touring map for sure,” Arthur Fogel, chairman of global touring, Live Nation, tells Billboard in an emailed statement. “Some artists already have shows planned with more conversations picking up.”

I really doubt they'll open the new month with 3000 CEC. Probably FSW on Sept 1

That’s optimistic. I don’t see FSW happening until border opens. Would be a pleasant surprise if it shows up before then though

Imagine IRCC dropping the CEC to 1500 in Sept, to 750 in Oct, to 375 in Nov, to 150 in Dec and retiring FSW on Dec 30.

We are thinking about Alberta we like Calgary but we will see. If something happen and for some reason we will get theough OINP it will be Ontario and city Toronto or something nearby
