FSW Inland Applicant - AOR Mar 1st 2020

Applied GCMS notes twice this year, April and June - never received a response to any.

After hearing from a friend that after the PM office forwarded his email to the IRCC office, he got quicker responses and his COPR in a month, I am taking the same approach.

Following is the email I wrote to the PM office as

1) IRCC office never got back to me in the past 3 months
2) The PM office might be totally unaware of how are we being treated differently. Atleast after some emails from candidates like us, the PM office might come to know and put pressure on the IRCC office to stop their unjust processes.

I am not saying this is the only right way to do this, but I am unable to think of anything else. If you are planning to do the same make sure you mention your DOB and UCI, Application number in the email.

Next option is engaging the media and would appreciate any contacts from the group.

Good afternoon Honorable Minister,

I understand that the Prime Minister can not intervene into Immigration matters, and I am embarassed as well that I have to write to the Honorable PM's office. However, we see no other option than to seek support from your office. I am in no mental stage to hire an immigration lawyer to be heard/

I reached out several times to the IRCC Enquiries Team in regards to my Application for Permanent Residency - only to receive default COVID delay replies or no response at all. Thus, I am reiterating my request and genuinely pleading you to help me and other 4300 cases like me that have been mockinlgy ignored by the IRCC Department since Mar 2020.

My completed application for Immigration through FSW Program has been with IRCC since 1st March 2020 which is about 18 (eighteen) months now. I and my spouse have already provided Biometrics in October 2020 when Service Canada re-opened after lockdown

Only if I had known that CEC applicants and FSW applicants are going to be treated differently, I would have waited a couple more months to get considered into the CEC Pool of Candidates. Currently, I understand that the country is not prioritizing FSW applications made from outside of Canada, but why treat the FSW Inland and CEC applications differently. I have friends and neighbours who received their eCOPR although their CEC applications were made in the Dec 2020 - Mar 2021. How is this fair? Why are we being ignored? If there are impacts due to COVID, how are CEC applications being processed so quick. Why is there no consideration for FSW inland applications made well before the 2021 CEC Applications. And to add to our suffering why is no one accountable to answer us? Are we not valuable to the country? I have been in Canada for about 4 years now and have been paying taxes and think about the welfare of all as much like everyone else.

The lack of a Permanent Residency Status and having a work permit that expires in 9 months now, has put limitations on my ability to get a reasonable mortgage for my first home and also getting a better job opportunity. My marriage is emotionally drained as we have been putting off planning for our baby because we remain unsure of residential status.

Canada is known around the world for it's peace, equality and fairness. The country has been heaven for immigrants and refugees. Please live up to that notion and help us end our suffering. There should be a way to help people like me. Please take a step forward the route that can help us get done with the wait. I will be more than happy to provide any documents that may be required by IRCC but I respectfully request you to take something in your control. There are 4300 families pleading for help.

I think if the PM office receives the same emails in bulk, that would help at least a bit. Can you please fwd the email ID you sent the mail, so whosoever is willing to send this mail sends the same mail with their UCI and other details. ??

Are you referring to Prime Ministers office (PM) or it was typo of MP ( Member of parliament)

If you are raising your valid concerns and they are not being heard, go to the highest office possible. After all, Immigration is under federal jurisdiction
Thanks for the email. Yea you are right you should hit the source for everything to work.

Got it . I never thought this can be also an option as I was thinking reaching out to MP (Member of Parliament) is that last escalation point. Thanks for sharing this information.

Make sure you edit the response to your personal circumstances, otherwise they might just start ignoring considering this as a template.

The purpose is only to let the office know that there are many like us.

I am in a similar situation, FSW Inland AOR 15 Feb 2020. My friends applied under CEC way later like after a year or so and got COPRs recently. Good for them but it is not easy to wait anymore. Even FSW outland from USA etc are being processed now. I have also sent emails to local MP, the Minister of Immigration and after looking at your post, to the PM. Let’s see what happens next.

Hi every one,

Stream: Inland FSW
AOR: December 17, 2020

I applied for GC notes on 26th July and I received an email, same day, saying that "This is a temporary Tracking number, and you will get an email once your request registered". I haven't heard back from them ever since then which means they haven't even registered my request yet. Whereas, my friend who is CEC applicant he submitted a request for GCnotes on 6th August, and he got email of temporary tracking number the same day, and another emails saying your request has been registered on August 12, 2020.

What should I do now? they are even treating GCnotes request differently for IN land fsw and CEC applicants.

Go for it..
I also did the same.
MY CEC file is moving much quicker than expected.
Can I use the same PCC's that I used for Previous EE application.
1 is from Home country (Haven't traveled there since getting PCC)
2nd is from USA (Haven't traveled there either, after receiving PCC)
