Canada will be having enough inland candidates to achieve their quota for the next three years with high CRS scores too.

Even after all these CEC draws, still IRCC were able to find 3K Candidates over 400 CRS score in their last draw. So if they want to send 5-6K invitations per draw next year, they can easily find CEC candidates above 450 for sure.

You are kidding do you understand why the score of 404 was last time with 3000 invites? Because there is prsctically no one with scores above 450 - most people are invited with lower range scores check the number first and then comment. Each draw you can see some changes in the pool and everythin is reflected in the numbers. Believe me they do not want to invite just inland CEC

400 is a pathetic score. "High" by FSW standards is 460+. If one has 400CRS, it means they either have low English skills, or they are 35+, or both. Math was done before but summary is IRCC cannot find 100,000 inlands with 450+ or 460+ score. Let me recite one of my posts to give you a better view;

- Candidate is young, skilled and experienced (not some fresh grad whose daddy paid 200k CAD to some average Canadian school)
- Candidate lives in Canada
- IRCC meets annual targets

IRCC can only pick two of these at a time. As for your question, with a family of three especially with a little child, you'd need about 200k CAD to survive that whole journey and since you're not going for a top notch Canadian school with an in-demand specialization, you'll run the risk of being unemployed for a long time after you graduate. You'll be faced with the infamous "but do you have Canadian experience?". If you're looking to spend that much money, you'll have much better options in Europe. Education path is truly only profitable for single people aged 20-25, who were gonna get that degree anyway.

Canadian education and work experience are worth more than any skill or education you get from outside Canada. No one can come even close in terms of qualification to someone educated in Canada therefore the low CRS score for CEC class is justified,

There is a reason why this is called "skilled immigration". Low CRS is always less skilled or older in age, or both. Canada needs higher skilled candidates with lower ages.

The typical pre-pandemic cutoff for CEC was about 450+. These are people with Canadian degrees and usually have only one year of experience in their jobs, they also usually have good English scores and are young. Nothing is justified for scores below 450; they're flat out old and/or under-qualified with poor English skills.

I understand bro... However you need to consider students who are currently studying or got admission for next intake. Most of them might not even have EE profile as they will be waiting for their course to finish. In the meantime, their siblings might get PR and they can easily add those points too in their profile. Either way, if Canada wants to continue with inland applicants, then forget about logics and stats... Waiting for FSW since jan and after every draw, we used to believe that next one will be FSW.. but nothing as of now and no clarity whatsoever about whats gonna happen next. Anyways, i will one of the happiest person if IRCC starts to conduct FSW Draws

This is not about prioritarisation man. Each country is looking for skilled immigrants such is Australia, US, UK or Canada. If you are not skilled you will have troubles to come there, simple as that if you will only invite low skilled, older people you will end up in a big s*** teoubles after few years as your wconomy will suffer. You will not have enough young workers to keep up paying taxes lol also as a country you are loosing competition each should group should have equal chances and its own immigration paths
