I know the process is heavily impacted by the Covid mess and things are massively slowed and delayed. However, it's been over a month since my aor (2nd July) and there is no update or movement whatsoever. Should I contact IRCC to get something out from there?

If you check this tracker most of the PNP Outland applicants are waiting for their medicals to pass, you can try calling IRCC but I think that will be of no use.
