I got my RCMP today as well
Here’s the timeline :

Fingerprints submitted: 7th June
Results Printed : 22nd July
Mailed : 3rd August
Received : 5th August

I applied from Commissionaires not from RCMP. (It doesn't matter how you apply because their system completes the request received first and it's all electronic submission)
I applied from Ottawa.

When you send webform and What confirmation you got i mean what they mentioned or replied ?

According to what i have read, it will turn to approved when eCOPR is issued

no bro not me, i didn't get portal email.
I have seen other people, they get portal email and gc key doesn't change but when they get eCOPR their gckey status changed to approved
