Hi! Sadly not! I called IRCC this morning because I still haven’t received anything, and they could see a record of the call I received last week, but nothing showing that the portal email had been resent. They couldn’t give me any further info but they’ve emailed Ottawa to follow up. And so the waiting game continues!

Same here, I called another time but everything remains the same as my last call and the agent just told me to wait.....

Very saddened today. I have written to IRCC on multiple occasions, called them innumerable times and each time I was told they have everything on my file. I made specific requests multiple time about my medicals being under review from past 11 months. But the same old- covid and everything being available. In June I requested for GCMS, it’s been 25 days and still have only the temp request ID, it’s not picked up. July 3, I went to the medical office, they reconfirmed everything was transmitted on Sep 1, 2020. I again made web request for IRCC specific to my medicals and this time I attached the medical document along with my query. Last week I wrote to the local MP. Our MP is extremely nice, I got the information from MP’s office which was a forward from ircc that my medicals were received on Jul 12, 2021. This is unfair on IRCC part, a dumb lie right on our face. Is there a way to escalate matter. This is way too casual. And all this while blame was on a microorganisms.

Sad indeed! I pray that something be done sooner to alleviate the stress and suffering caused. They surely underestimate the effect of their casual manner of handling serious matters like this.

I remember I have literally begged on calls that I can do my medicals again more extensive if required. And in return the agent told me, it’s a PR application and can take up to 2 years. And I told him but generally it take about a month to get updates on medical and it’s been 11 months. But no one flinched. And today I get to know a lie- that they received my medicals after 11 months.

Someone sleeped on the job or the testing clinic was not honest. May be they forgot and only got triggered when you asked. But again after 11 months, within this time if it wasn't received. Ircc should have sent you a request for one. I believe if someone slept on their job. It is the officer who was in charge of your file. I hope the guilt triggers them to expedite your case.

Guilt? They are writing that the file was received on July 12. Further the medical institute just handed over me a proof which says the file successfully transmitted on Sep 1, 2020. I only attached that. And all the agents also confirmed that they had our medical files each time I enquired. So it’s definitely the officer in charge. I don’t know how to word it, but just like that a lie is updated that we submitted on July 12, 2021, a month before they expire.

I received an IRCC PR confirmation Portal email today, July 17th.
I replied in an hour!

I actually submitted a complaint 3 days ago via web form. So I'm not sure if this helped with fast tracking my application

When I try to login to my account I get

"HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error"

Is someone else having the same problem right now?

I said in the web form that it has been 9 long months of waiting and I understand that others have been waiting longer than me, however it's frustrating to see others who applied just this year and got approved quicker than me, which is unfair. Also, I mentioned that I don't want my daughter to miss the school year. Please submit this as a formal complaint to Ottawa VO.

It may be hard for them to accept responsibility. Let's hope that they will feel guilty for letting you suffer so much and process your file fast. Let's keep our fingers crossed

Today, I wrote through web form, complaint through feedback, wrote to IRCC ministry, tweeted and wrote to local MP. I felt that serially this will take another 9 months so caused parallel streams. I m hoping at least one would listen.

-2nd Portal credentials email received at 1pm today and I submitted required info in 15mins.!
Now it's getting quicker this time!
My dependant who's outside of Canada is included in this portal. I didn't complete her "In-Canada Declaration" because she's not in Canada right? Does anyone know how to go with this?
