BVL received, How long for ppr?

Canada in India just tweeted something an hour ago. The first tweet possibly means they are starting passport services for PPRs issued after resumption of services in June too?
Am i understanding it correctly?

Congratulations. I have been trying to call them since last 3 hours but everytime in the end it says "we are experiencing high volumes of call and will not be able to transfer call to agent, please call again later"

Hey guys, i have been trying to call since 5 hours now but not able to connect with any agent. Always at the final selection when i select"0" to talk with an agent, i get this message and call disconnect "we are experiencing high volumes of call and will not be able to transfer call to agent, please call again later".
Is it normal or am i doin something wrong?

Hey folks I ordered my gcms notes a month ago and received it today. Here is what the assessments say,

Eligibility : Passed
Security :
HIRV :
Criminality : Passed-Bio
Org Crime :
Medical : Passed
Misrep :
Other Req :
Info Sharing : Complete
Final : Approved
Counterfoil Req : Y

From this I believe sp is approved. I don't know what's stopping them from issuing ppr now. Anyway I am happy and is ten fold better than yesterday.

I don't see any dates near assessment field. However from notes section I can see one VO Note which was made on 31 May 2021 which almost match to my eligibility start date, so I believe that is when the assessments were made.

Interesting - so it corresponds with your Eligibility Review too (probably also means the decision was made pending biometrics)

Yep, I think so. There is no other notes than that so I think they do assess eligibility and such before biometrics, and maybe Final decision only after complete file.
