How did you upload the documents then? Did you have a button in the application portal under supporting documents or did you use the webform and use the option replace documents?
I got a request to upload pcc they give you a place to submit new document

I have a question regarding submitting police certification, do we need to receive the certification from the time that we have been in Canada from RCMP as well? I want to apply this week but haven't got the RCMP because I thought they don't need it.

Correct. They will request if they need it.
But you must submitted the PCC from your country, and the countries you lived more than 6 months.
Police certificate and IRCC requirements
You don’t need to provide a police certificate when you apply for permanent residence in Canada. We’ll tell you if you need a Canadian criminal record check while your application is being processed.
