I have urgent question, I got request for RCMP records on June 3rd and I applied for same on June 7 and are still awaited. I have DCN number from RCMP and my last date to update is tomorrow, 2nd July. What should I do in this case? Please advise

Hi People -- I have received PR confirmation email on June-27th and Portal login credentials on June-28th. Here is the situation I'm currently dealing with.
My application has ( myself primary inland + spouse ( inland) + child ( inland ) )
While replying to the initial email, I asked them to create a separate account for my spouse.
Within an hour they sent two emails to me & my spouse with login credentials. When I login with my credetinals, I was expecting to see two entires in it ( one for mine + my child ), however, I can see two entries with my details duplicated. I couldn't find my child entry with my login
My spouse's initial temporary credentials from IRCC email did not work. I tried with forgot password option, but no luck. I send an email to them explaining the situation, no response yet.

Can someone suggest to me how should I take it forward?

If you have sent them an email, then you would need to wait. They will correct it and would resend you credentials.

1. AOR - April 23rd
2. Medicals - Passed on May 14
3. Eligibility : Passed ( as per call and did not check exact date )
4. June 7th - Background status changed to " In progress " and no update since

Primary VO - RROC Ottawa

Does anyone know how is the processing times for this VO.

The average processing time is approximately 3 months. My primary vo is RROC as well

Same here VO Ottawa, in progress status almost 48 days now, Aor 20 March

For sure they will send you email soon.
Brother Did you apply BOWP recently before getting portal confirmation or still do you have a valid WP until next year?

I am in the same boat as well. Called IRCC today and they said that Medical passed and criminality in progress rest not started yet. And my AOR is March 22, 2021 and its still at VO Montreal
