How do we even talk to an agent now? I can't find an option for citizenship on IRCC's helpline number. Pressing 0 or 9 doesn't work anymore.

You can't. I called them last week and after 8 mins of press this and press that, the call BOT advised me that due the agents being busy, it is unable to transfer me to anyone and thanked me for my patience and understanding and then casually hung up. True rewarding experience for sure!

Great! They don't even respond to my web-form requests. So I guess I'll just have to wait without any communication till they take my name out in a lucky draw for the test.

Wait what? Are you saying we can no longer call and ask for information on citizenship applications ? I called IRCC about a month ago and was able to obtain info on my app.

I called them like 2 months ago as well. Now the options have changed and I can't even find an option to talk to an agent in relation to citizenship applications.

The options have changed, but I believe you can still call to get an update on your application. You have to provide your client ID, and also one of the options is a bit tricky (it asks whether you are filing an application for CEC or something like that, and this the option you choose to get to the older menu, and then I believe it is 4 (for citizenship applications) from there.

Thanks, I found the option. However, it always says that all agents are busy

Congrats. I had the test last month. I don't think you will get any official result. I found I passed officially when I called them a week after. It won't even update your ecas. Now, we will have to wait for oath invite, which might take forever

When had you given your FP? And when had RCMP forwarded the report to them?

Does it mean the score and info that posted when you had it passed the online test is final? It is just confusing cause there is a disclaimer that the result is temporary.

Got test invitation today, single applicant, Toronto. Was not asked for fingerprints in between.

Can someone remind me the name of app used to prepare for the test?
