so we are getting close to the one year mark and not many files are done. I am not sure if my file made it to the VO yet but fingerprints and Medical done. does anyone recommend doing a webform or GCMS notes request to see where the file is?

hi there, I have got my "decision made" on Jan 05, 2021 but there is nothing since then.
Anyone of you have experience such a delay in getting COPR?
My application date is on Feb 27, 2020 and my case is at the Ottawa VO, is this visa office usually that slow?

Did your ECAS get updated now?
Also, your GCMS notes showed no update but app was recieved in LVO? so GCMS notes doesnt really show updated actions on our files?
GCMS notes are generated few days after the request is filed and are a few weeks old when they are released. Not always the most recent information.
Yeah exactly, they reflected the status as it was when we requested which was 4th Jan, the transfer to LVO was 21st Jan.
8th Jan is the last update on GCMS. There is no update after that in the notes. The transfer will not be in the notes as it was generated before.
Well I just called CIC and they confirmed our application is still in CIO Sydney...
did you call them on their toll free number and was the call made during their office hours ? because I know people say they call them mostly in the early morning
I am in teh same position as you. I did submit GCSM request and even called, but it hasnt moved at all since last year.
I will be submitting another GCMS notes again.

Any particular reason to call them in the morning instead?
