i see it as a good sign.. he's putting pressure on canadians to stop going for vacations.. and it says that in coming few weeks they will require non-essential travelers to have a negative PCR test.. this means that they will allow CoPR to come.

This is the official announcement, more details on date of effect etc. still awaited. Currently only funnelling of international flights is certain from 3 Feb midnight:

hello, did anybody hear about an online form that must be submitted prior to travelling ( mandatory by the government of Canada). The processing of this form takes up to 2 weeks. is this true? because I did not find anything on their website except for the ArriveCAN app.

do you mean an authorization form? IMM0006?
