Reason behind this refusal

This reasons are very generic, what I could understand is that when VO is not convinced with the program then they usually give this reason. In that scenario, you can either write strong SOP to convince VO that why you need to do this program or Change your program probably Masters
Please be specific on your qualifications and course you are opted for study permit. do you have any work experience? Unless we know your background, it is hard to respond as you mention only value added positive side here but we need the draw back on your profile to suggest something. Did you apply with family? There are lot of factors involved. Elaborate a bit about your profile
Do you have your notes yet? It will be most helpful to understand how to get proper advice rather people just making suggestions based on assumptions.
Could be you tried to submit a false enrollment letter and the IRCC checked with the university that you did not deferred so your enrollment letter was void
Two reasons are mentioned in refusal letter.
1st-I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada after end of your stay ,as stipulated in subsection 216 (1) of IRPR,based on your purpose of visit.
2nd - your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of your qualificatons,previous studies,mark sheets ,academic records,level of establishment ,your future prospects or plans.
