Hi

I raised 3 different webforms over the course of 2 months. The 3 weren’t related and had different queries. One was regarding the general processing , second was regarding medical + biometrics and the third one had attached proof of emedical and medical not updated.

will it affect my application negatively ? As I read in a couple of forums that more than 1 webform leads to rejection ?

I don't think so, if they are rejecting applicants on the basis of webforms, then it is plain stupidity.

probably enough webforms. it seems desperate.

Did you send the medical webform under technical issue category? Is medical updated now?

just hoping I get a reply and the multiply ae forms don’t affect my application

I have sent two webforms regarding medical as well. We are in same boat. When did you apply?

honestly I’m confused at this point. My initial submission was on July 24th but after that IRCC requested 1 document in September. Since then I have no update whatsoever. My upfront medical was done on July 18th and still not updated. What about you ?

medical will update when they have to update.
definitely fine to send 1. 2 will become repetitive. more then that will obviously annoy them.
imagine 50,000 students filling in webform again and again for the same query.

Post here if you receive any webform reply from ircc

Hey !! So my medicals got updated yesterday itself !
I’d suggest sending documents with the webform. I also recieved a reply to the webform in a day when I sent the documents.
attatch your emedical +screenshot of medical exam status in your GCkey.

Dear Client,

Thank you for your e-mail.

We are receiving a large volume of requests to update applications with a medical result. We appreciate your patients as we work through the large volume of cases who require their medicals to be associated to their file. Please routinely check your online account for updates. We understand that your classes may start in January and you are anxious about your applications. Please note that Designated Learning Institutions (DLIs) are continuing to offer all classes online. Again, we appreciate your patients as we are expediting decisions for all students with a January intake who have completed all necessary steps (including biometric enrollment and medical examination) and are destined to a designated learning institute with an approved covid-19 readiness plan. Students destined to a DLIs without a COVID-19 readiness plan will not be prioritized at this time, as these students are not exempt from the travel restrictions and will not be able to enter Canada at this time.”

this is the reply I got

can you please share the message you sent and webform link, also if you include that cantech code?
I didn’t use a cantech code. I used the contact Us option on this page, selected my type of application (temporary residence) , since my application is being processed outside Canada I selected yes for “is your application being processed outside Canada” and then I chose the office where my application is being processed.

https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp#q2

My message was “I submitted my medical upfront along with my SDS application in July but the same have not been updated in my IRCC account. I gave my biometrics in December but till date the medicals are not updated. I wanted to know if this is a technical glitch ? Pfa a copy of my emedical and a screenshot of the status of medicals in my IRCC account as proof. Thank you”
