BVL without medical being updated is the danger zone, as long that doesn't happen it's all good.

A lot of visa officers are getting legal notices by the applicants after getting refused despite having an AIP. They are more aware of the situation and consequences now, it's a thing of the past ( 2020 ).

Visa offices cannot deal with such legal disputes on a large scale. Even one appeal is a big deal for them.

Any source of info.. Cause this will releave lot of stress for many students who got aip and waiting for visa
