Thanks @TERRIDOX for this detailed information. Yeah, in my checklist, they have not mentioned of photographs. I have one more doubt that do we have to use A4 envelope? Mention to and from address. So, do VFS use the same envelope for return or their own as this will be teared by them to take out the documents? I mean i do not have a need to put any return envelope inside. Right?

Yes, you should use one A4 envelope only to put your documents with to and from address.
The courier guy told me that this same envelope would be sent to VFS Global Canada, New Delhi and from there they would use their own package after verification to send to the IRCC office. So, you don't have to put any return envelope inside the package.

Hey Guys, good news finally received the payment link for my parents just now. Made the payment and recieved the way bill number as well.

While sending the info on premium lounge services, how did u guys send it? In .txt file? Again two files for parents (mom and dad)? Please advice, I got the same email from them again.

In my last email I asked them what do they mean by premium service and they just ignored that question of mine.

I just responded to their same email saying I never opted for any lounge services. Please send us the payment link. My every email i said send the payment link may be they got frustrated and sent it over the weekend lol.

This letter is supposed to be included with the passport and the letter had a link to the website regarding where to submit the passport. When my parents emailed vfs they asked them to send the required info in a text file after receiving letter from Delhi High commission. Are they supposed to receive an email from Delhi high commission too? Its been a week since their visa got approved and no email from Delhi yet. Just wondering if they should wait for that or proceed with the letter from IRCC.

Your PPR is the final document thats needed to contact VFS. Send them the PPR letters and ask for advice on next steps. They would ask u to fill few details etc and then share the payment link for courier. I am currently waiting for that.

Its 3378 for two applicants. I received one link for the total amount of my parents.

Just send them the confirmation of your payment. Then they will share the AWB number, consent and courier forms.

I made the payment today too & got the AWB number for my parents but they have not shared the forms we need to fill. I think they missed attaching the files. I have asked them again but considering their poor responses I am concerned if they will see my email or not. So just for safety, can someone share it here please? Our pickup is scheduled for tomorrow.

Hey Guys, Finally finally a good news, my parents just received the passport request the most awaited request from months.

Question : They want us to send an email to PassportSubmission@vfshelpline.com for requesting 2 way courier. Do we attach the passport request letter in that email ??

I am in the same boat....yes u need to attach the letter, passport copy and the proforma from the vfs website....
