My application was processed in the wrong visa office. It was processed in Warsaw rather than Abu Dhabi. What should I do now?

Refused. It matters of course, a foreign office which doesn't deal with similar applications from a country wouldn't know much about them.
So true.. really unfortunate... What's your profile, did you received AIP... I guess not, you may be applied for Jan intake? Best would be to reapply after getting GCMS notes... even if you raise webform... there will be no action... they are load balancing between different offices... Even few in India got refusals from China... can't do anything... there will be no outcome...

But those applicants are residents of India or China? I am a resident of Pakistan so how can my application be processed in Warsaw?

IRCC can distribute applications to any office around the world based on workload etc. For example, One UAE applicant had her file processed in Ho Chi Minh. There is no "wrong" office.

The process is the same for all applicants regardless of which VO processed your application.

You're better off looking at the reasons why your application was refused, try to address them and re-apply.

VO are not magicians that they would know the job opportunities in Pakistan while sitting in Warsaw. Regional offices dealing with the applications is for this reason because they deal with people from a country and know the ground realities.

There are usually 2 offices associated, A primary and secondary one, Which offices were assigned to your application?

ow ok, in your gcms notes, you will know which office you were assigned cuz there are usually 2, and in the final notes you will get to know which office made the decision
