Passport Request for Online Applicants (February and onwards)

People who have submitted their study permit application online in February and onwards, have you get the request for passport submission? Please comment in this thread to keep everyone updated.

There are so many you have received it. You can check prospective Bangladeshi students in Canadian institutions Facebook group.

Same. Applied in February. Medical and biometric are cleared as well. In August I received an email stating that approved in principle and will be asked for passport once VAC is opened. Nothing after that.

Have you received anything yet? They told me also that they will ask for passport when VAC is opened. I don’t understand why they are not giving decision to online applicants, especially since we applied in February. Technically we should have been the first ones receiving final approvals. I don’t understand in which order they are processing applications.

I know right. I sent them an email today mentioning people who applied after me are getting passport request but no updates on my application. I am looking forward for a reply.
