The thing is that we had applied through an agent, hence I cannot see any updates online. But just wanted to know how can you know there are ghost updates if you really can't see it?

PA Country is India.
I have noticed its only Indian region applicants, which are not receiving any updates from CPC-M. No there is no other way you can check this if you don't have GCKey Account access.

I see no movement in Mississauga on spreadsheet, most even don't have Aor2...that's really weird.
Its like workers left or something..maybe transferred to Ottawa. Or if they working from home, then reassigned

I have noticed sometimes CPC-M doesn't even send AOR2( PA-side: In-progress) and just send the PPR and DM all together.

I am confident once CPC-M started sending PPR's it will be a flood for sure. I guess they are just holding off due to VFS only doing courier based 2-way service for passports.

Once they opened the VAC/VFS in India we will see CPC-M gaining its reputation for the fastest VO.

Hi guys,

Help!! Here is my Spousal sponsorship timeline:
Sponsor - In Canada ; Spouse: Outside Canada

Applied: January 10, 2020
App received by IRCC: January 16, 2020
Biometric done - February 15, 2020
Medical done - February 21, 2020
Application moved to New Delhi processing center - March 02, 2020
Estimated time provided for completion - Jan 16, 2021
% completed - 83% so far.

Is it only my application or are there other people who applied sometime in Jan, Feb or March 2020 facing a similar issue? Its so frustrating not knowing what is going on with my application.

Also, I heard that IRCC is expediting visitor visa process for immediate family members? Anyone else gone through the visitore visa process for their spouses while the sponsorship process is ongoing?

First of all LOL on your username Frustrated Trudeau.
Now to business.
We have exact same timeline (give take few days) although mine moved to LVO in Sept.
Now more important, what does your ecas say under PA and what does line#2 and#5 say?
These are indicators at what stage your application is at and also important to keep track of any Ghost updates if you had any did you?

Thanks. "what does your ecas say under PA and what does line#2 and#5 say?" What does this mean?

I got an update a few months ago around march/April saying my background check had started but nothing since then.

On my application it says "Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to. This will help move the application process along. " But I haven't received any new messages/correspondences since the medical and biometric letters.

Is your visa processing office in New Delhi as well??

I am in London Visa office, but it is similar to NDVO right now looking at number of PPR given is about the same speed.
Do you know what ECAS is ? Open it and look under Principal Applicant - it should say something like: "Application Received" or "In Process". Then click on this sentence which is in blue color and next page will show you lines #s. What do they say?
