New LOA - January intake

Hi!

My application was submitted on January 3rd for May intake. Due to covid suspension I hadn’t received any update until September 10th (AIP).
On July, I sent my new LOA for September intake by webform.
Before I received the approval in principal, I had already asked to change my LOA again for January intake.
Today I received my new LOA. Should I sent it again or wait to show at arrival on Canada?
I am afraid that they will start to analyse everything again. It’s been so long...

In your gcms. What is the start date of the duration of studies? May or september? Did it also include a note that they received your deferred LOA for september?

I had sent 4 webforms but never received one answer.
But when I received Notes, the 4 attachments was there. And it was written that they should include the new LOA.

What do you mean, that the new LOA is received? Or the webforms doesn’t have any LOA attached? Sorry I’m confused. Also, they haven’t reviewed these new LOA’s? So in the first page of your gcms, the start date of your study is still the original one and not the deferred one?

I said that although I’d sent 4 webforms without any response from IRCC, on GCMS notes these documents were attached.
The intake was changed to September.
My question is: I have now another LOA for January. Do I have to send it again?

The start date of your intake was changed on the first page of your notes? Wow Nice. Also, it’s up to you if you want to submit or not. Because if you don’t submit, you will have to extend your study permit again in canada. But if you defer again, this may have a negative impact on your application. It’s your choice to gamble.

I didn’t have choice. I hadn’t received the AIP until September 10th. I was missing classes. So I asked to postpone my intake. I don’t want to do online classes.

You havent sent them a webform this august and september, right? So that I can estimate how long they will be reflected on my gcms notes.

Many are saying that because of deferral, this may make the VO think if the applicant is a generic student. But these are only opinions, so I’m just saying “maybe”.
