Usually first semester tuition fee is mandatory to confirm your admission with in one month time period or else the admission get cancelled in colleges. If you get accepted in University or college and applying through NON-SDS at least First semester fee must be paid.
I received LOA without having to pay semester fee. Do I still need to pay first semester tuition fee? I think people opt for NON-SDS when they don't want to go with option of upfront fee payment or they have ielts score lower than the requirement?
I applied in non SDS because in my case the IELTS was waived and i cant apply in SDS but to have strong application i still opened my GIC account. What i mean to say is that if you will pay for your first semester at least, it will make your application stronger. In my opinion, I advise you to pay for one semester at least. Rest is up to you.
