But yes, NOIs wise, this year is a lot lower (4890) compared to last year (6800). But the problem is last year, not everyone was accepting the OINP NOI, as the federal draw's cut-off itself was lesser. But this year, almost everyone is accepting the NOIs sent by OINP thanks to the uncertainty and lack of Federal draws to outlanders.

We gotta wait and watch. If it is not happening by September, it is not gonna happen for this year.

What I mentioned was the info taken from their EOI page, but yeah I do see the actual nominations issued this year is what you have correctly mentioned and is quite close to the same number. The equation is definitely tough for another draw.

Same with me...though this is common and the website has a history of being down, usually on weekends. Check back on a weekday, it should be back up.

@seadrag0n Trust me brother if its this straightforward , I wouldn't even consider a consultant. I just want to ensure there is no ADR and consequently a waste of time. Therefore, I wanted to pool in the amount with few other to hire a consultant. They charge 60k -80k. Let me know if you are interested.

I already submitted my application. 80k for consultant and 90k for OINP is steep and you have to pay similar amount for the federal process, too much waste of money.
