Hi did you mention all your history travels in the form? May it be travel for leisure, or trip back to home country? I am having trouble remembering all the travels we had for the past 10 years..

On your international passport, theres usually stamp out when ever you leave the country and stamp in when you return. If you dont mention all, it may look to the visa officer like u are hiding something.

I need some clarification on spouses that are separated.

Will the husband be required to provide medicals and PCC as well?

He is not accompanying the wife to Canada, either on her work permit or PR application

Theres place on the form for marital status, if u selected divorced/seperated..i am sure they wont expect your ex to do a medicals with you. But he definitely has to sign the form for non accompanying parent for your kid(s)
