Didn’t have any document request, but i am no longer working in trades since last 11 months. And I didn’t have any paystubs for last six months for my last trade job. Didn’t expect to get nominated.

Congrats. I am guessing they are running out of time to meet this year's allocation as two of their HCP draw were big failures, the tech draw on May 13th and the non-CEC priority occupations draw on June 3rd. Most people who received NOI's is these two draws already got their ITA's.

When will the HCP draw take place in August 2020. I am at 468 eagerly waiting for the draw
Noc 1111
Anyone else in the same boat ?

I am on 466 with NOC 1111, waiting patiently for the next HCP draw or FSW draw.

Highly doubtful if anymore EE related draws will happen this year. OINP has nominated 4k people by early July and about 3k are waiting to be nominated, both combined are very close their yearly allocation limit of 7.3k, maybe a non EE stream may open. I would suggest to increase your score to around 470 and wait for regular FSW draw.

Edit: 4,814 nominations issued as of August 13th, about 2500 remaining.

Where did you saw that only 2500 nominations are left for this year OINP ?

Correct me if I am wrong but there has only been 4,814 nomination this year and the allocation for the year is 7,350 which makes me see that there is some room for additional nominations. Also, i expect that the OINP targeted draw (471-500) that happened in June would not be successful so that would create some room for more nominations.

Further, if we are to assume that all NOIs issued in 2020(5,770) plus skilled trade NOI issued in December 2019 (667) receive a nomination, that would bring the nominations to 6,437 and there would still be 913 nominations.

They recently had Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream with 1300 registrations followed by 1288 NOI's issued with the latest tech draw. Now that we know 4,814 nominations have been issued and about 2500 remaining which can accommodate Employer Job Offer stream and the recent tech draw. I think they will increase their allocation if required like last year but I don't think any express entry related draw will happen this year.

Well only time will confirm this. In the meantime I can only hope because I cannot increase my score since there are no IELTS centers in the country I reside and the boarders are closed.

Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream is not included in OINP total allocations I think.
