Hi april91 - did you get your COPR? As we have the same timelines - I just wanted to let you know that we received it this morning.

Yesterday I had sent a web form giving information about the interview questions in advance and asked my application status. So if you haven't received it yet, you can do the same. Maybe it accelerates the process I don't know.

The questions below belong to somebody who had a phone interview in this group recently and I put this information in the webform before asking status update. You can try that as well.

1. Confirm whether i am still in Canada
2. Confirm whether my spouse is in Canada
3. What is your current status in Canada
4. How long have you been living in Canada
5. What is your current Occupation
6. What is your office address
7. What is your spouse's occupation
8. Confirm my current residence
9. Any updates to email or phone number
Hi,
Thank you for the message. No, unfortunately I still have not received the COPR> I really need it. I will do so . Thanks for letting me know.

50 points job offer for LMIA based job doesn’t become CEC. It’s still considered as EE FSW only. I have claimed for the 50 points. Ready for approval for past one month. 6 months completion in next couple of days. No COPR/PPR/PR yet. There are also couple of folks just like me.
My friend also claimed 50 points for his job offer. He got CoPR on June 05. (took 6 months and 15 days).

That’s good to know. Is your friend EE FSW and not PNP or CEC? When you say 50 points for job offer it does sound like EE FSW, but doesn’t rule out PNP or CEC.

For example:
One of my friend created an express entry profile and claimed for 50 points for job offer.

Interestingly she didn’t get EE FSW because of her age and very high cutoff scores, even though she was maxed on everything else and had Canadian Masters too (no French though).

However she got both PNP Invitation and CEC too based on her job, Canadian education, and experience including her thesis work (even though she doesn’t have one year Canadian work experience).

G'day ladies and gents:

Just wondering, has anyone received the COPR document? I am not talking about the landing letter.

Seems like there is a bit of confusion going on between the COPR document and the landing letter.

The landing letter states "If you have a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR) document in-hand, please send it along with one photo that meets our photo specifications to the address listed above"

To me, it's clear that it is not COPR otherwise why on earth would you state it.

Cheers!

Hi,
I am confused now. I have got the landing email with documents attached and the name of each attached document is COPR for UCI with a new UCI number for each document. Aren't we supposed to send these documents with a photo? Are we expecting a different COPR document?

Reached there on June 5, 2020 as the Canada post sent my documents to Ottawa by mistake and then to Kitchener IRCC.
Congrats. Did you sent one photo or two photos ? and can you please let me know what exactly you sent for PR card ? and on PR card which photo is printed the digital copy we gave to ircc when submitting pr application or the one you sent in the mail to IRCC ?
