Hello everyone,
Aor oct12th, Inland Pnp-Sw
I raised a webform on April and my application was in security screening stage.
Finally got a ghost update yesterday and today I received RPRF request which I uploaded the receipt right after.
I guess I have to wait for PPR soon after almost 8 months?
Good luck!
Even I got the Ghost update yesterday but I have already paid RPRF. Any other update?

I have been a silent reader on this forum because I was waiting for this day to post my timeline.

I just received my CoPR in the golden email this afternoon followed by a telephonic call from an immigration officer.

I knew all along, worrying and overthinking on the delay of application decision won’t really help. I just kept on waiting patiently and submitting whatever document they asked. I used to see lot of applicants receiving the CoPR who applied after my AOR date. Instead of worrying, I said to myself whatever will happen, happen for good.

AOR - Oct 20, 2019 (Applied from Quebec)
MEP - Nov 15, 2019
Additional Doc Request - 11 March,2020
No update Until today.
A part of this delay is definitely due to COVID -19.

Now, I can happily sing the song by Classified ‘I have been waiting on some good news, For the clouds to part and let the light shine through’

All the Best to fellow applicants. Be ready to sing soon

Many congrats to you...
Can I ask you how you applied from Quebec? Cos I heard that we need to be out of there or something?

Thank you. I applied from Quebec providing a letter of intent to move out of Quebec in a certain period of time and I did in Jan 2020. Yes, people receive rejection if they apply from there and does not show sufficient evidence of moving out when they ask for additional documents. Every case is unique though.

Hi everyone, I just received my GCMS today (after a month of requesting it) and it is 92 pages long lol. At one page it says that review is required due to "large funds". Why would having a large fund be a problem? The document is very hard to read.

Hello guys,

Nice to see some of you receive CoPR lately. (though all of those approved seem to be inland applicants)
Got something unclear though, has any outland applicant like me received their CoPR in May/June? If so, is it still needed to land in Canada to finalize everything? or can we send the PR card photos online and receive the card by post?

I was planning to do a soft landing to finalize everything and then have the PR card sent to me by post. But with these quarantines and everything, it'll be quite challenging to fly from Europe to Canada and back. Anyone going through these similar concerns? :D

Cheers

Not an expert but IMO, the funds needs to match the "Sources of Income". If you have documents to prove, you may send a LOE through CSE explaining the entire sequence of how and when you got those funds.

There must be something else. Check Note section if they have put more specific details on why review is required.

I also had review required, large fund and one mention of 'card' in the statement and they wanted to confirm if there is any large credit card payment due. It got passed after officer review but I uploaded a few documents like latest credit card statement and bank letter upfront.

Also, in my case, I asked for 2 GCMS notes in 30-40 days interval. The first GCMS note was vague and did not have specific details. The second one called out about specific details.

Hey did you get the CoPR recently? I didn't see any outland applicants receiving the mail.

No no, I wish I had :D
I'm just asking the things above trying to prepare the next move after receiving CoPR (If I ever receive it lol - getting tired of waiting)

Guess many would be thinking on the same lines because most of us would have planned tentatively around the approximate time it takes for each formality to be completed.

Now its basically wait patiently for situation to become clear. All in good time. Pray it will be clear soon and PPRs will be raining on all outlanders too.

Hi everyone! I've been following here quietly but I now have a question.
AOR 29 Oct
Medical passed: December, 5
Applied as EE-PNP BC inland

My account doesn't show anything since medicals passed. I requested my notes last month and received everything (including eligibility) passed except security not started. I raised a webform about security because the last date on the notes is from May 5 so I'm assuming it moved further than what I see there. I got the response today saying

This email is in response to a recent enquiry you made via the IRCC Call Centre requesting the status of the below noted application.
Your Application is awaiting the review of an officer.
Notification will be sent in due course.

Does it mean that the security had passed? What I should expect now? Does it usually take very long from this to approval and then to CopR?
Important question: How do you guys are able to call and talk to an agent? I have never been able to do it!! Are you guys pressing student visa or something like that?

Thank you!
