Can a mother of a PR holder travel to Canada? kindly suggest me as the flight is after 2 days...

The situation is a mess right now... Which is normal considering these exceptional circumstances, however there is a serious need to address the case of CoPR holders.
My plan was to relocate by mid-April. I have sold my property, both my wife and myself have resigned from our jobs, children not registered for next school year. While we understand the current situation, what are we and probably thousands of CoPR holders supposed to do while waiting for the borders to reopen? We are not tourists, we are future Permanent Residents. I am not planning to do a landing then leave, I am planning to settle in Canada. This CoPR is the result of a year long project and there is no information at all on what we are supposed to do. It's simply not fair to put us in the same basket as tourists.
I really hope things will get clearer in the coming days...

Even I am in the same boat. I and my wife have resigned to our jobs last month and were supposed to board the flight tomorrow (19th March). Now with the borders getting closed, we are in a very big soup. We have vacated our home in India and made stay arrangements in Toronto as well. This step will take huge toll on our finances as well as we have no source of Income in India now.
I spoke to my immigration lawyer if we can make an appeal, he said there is no such possibility and no clarity on how long this will go on. We have no option but to patiently wait and watch.

Starting to work on PR application from scratch is time consuming, it is better if they post information on extending COPR's time. Please let us know if any of you receive information on COPR.

Same here. We are residing in Kuwait. We suppose to travel on 24th March. My husband and myself resigned and myself and son have only temporary visa until first week of April. We took TC for our son. My husband residency cancellation is in process could not be completed due to government offices in Kuwait are closed. Even Kuwait airport is completely closed until March 29. Moreover canada border also closed for us. This is worst nightmare came true. Now we need to apply for an extension. After 6 years we got this COPR and it expires on May 5th. Hope everything will be ok soon.
Others can comment as well as this is only my interpretation of the IRCC information but if due to the travel restrictions someone with approved COPR cannot travel then they are supposed to submit a web form explaining the situation and a note would then be placed on their file. See link below

This is what I am getting from all information available on their website. However, I am in a situation where I can travel to Toronto, as in there are still daily flights to Canada where I live. That being said, as a CoPR holder who can take a flight to Canada, would I be allowed to board a flight and allowed entry into Canada?
I am not getting any clear answer to that question. I have filled a form same as everyone else, but I am fairly certain it will remain unanswered for a few weeks considering the volume of emails/requests they must have received in the past 48h...
Again my interpretation, extracted from below link, but if you are not immediate family of a citizen or if you have resided outside of Canada or US in previous 14 days you would not be allowed to board a flight as per link below

Just an update on our situation. We have landed and got the PR. Checked with the immigration officer about the travel ban and he said from Wednesday they will not allow anyone to except for PR and Canadian citizen and their immediate family member. He said that the airline will not let them board the plane in the first place. Good luck to all of you. We have a return flight on Thursday back to heathrow so keeping finger crossed. The acknowledgement for self isolation for 14 days on the screen is for only pr holder and Canadian citizen as they were in a separate queue. We were just given brochure like everyone else for covid-19 and had to acknowledge verbally that we have been recommended to stay in self-isolation for 14 days. So hopefully we should be able to come back to uk. I have two small kids so it would be really difficult if they didn’t allow us. Again I will keep you all posted. We tried to cancel our flight but AirCanada was not willing to give us a refund as we are travelling before the ban become effective hence we took the chance. I am pretty sure that IRCC would update their website soon and there are so many ppl across the globe affected by this uncertainty.

Hi quick question - I read somewhere (I cant find it now) that foreign nationals (holding valid CoPRs) residing in USA can enter Canada, provided that they haven't been to another country in the past 14 days. Is this information correct?
i.e. We are Indian nationals and valid CoPR holders (valid till 25 April), who recently moved to the US for work (on March 14)......if let's say by 7th April ( /+14 days of residing in the US) we try to enter Canada for a soft landing, would this be permitted?
Any foreign nationals holding valid CoPRs in the US in the same situation?
Any response would be most appreciated.
