What comes next after the in process status?

Does everyone get a request for fingerprinting or only they just select who gets fingerprinting?

Not everyone gets this request for fingerprints (my husband didn't get, for example). And my status is still "in process". The lady at the facility said that common names are more likely to be selected.

Hi Guys,

I know this question has been asked several times but I am still asking again. The current status of my application is " in process " and I am traveling out of Canada for 2 weeks . Is there any issue in that or could it delay or complicate the application ?

Please advise.

My staus changed to correspondence sent on27th Jan but Did not recieved mail....when I called customercare they said its for fingerprints....still waiting for mail ..

Interesting. My status never changed to “correspondence sent”. It’s still “in process”. When I check the details the corresponde is mentioned, though.

Mine is also In process....did you recieve Correspondence?if yes then Is it through e mail or regular mail

Mine was email. Luckily, because they had my old address for mail - I don’t know how, maybe from The PR process.

What is the correspondence date??? Customer executive told me it will be through E mail

Hi guys, I need your opinion on this. My application was received on October 30 and I still haven’t received my AOR. I called them today to see if my application was returned and they said no, and they don’t have any information on my file meaning file hasn’t been uploaded yet or the envelope hasn’t been opened yet. I see some folks from November 20 already getting AOR.

I just wanted to know what would you guys suggest on this...is there anything I can or should do.
