My Wife has applied under NOC 4411 Home childcare Giver programme.

We have sent Docs via Courier and it got reached 21 Nov 2019.

We had process our request via Agent.

till date we have not received any AOR or biometric request.

Can any one help me what to do ???

Did they ask you together with NOAs? Or on a different email on a different time?

Same time with NOA, explanation letter, birth certificate for each child and employment letter for me and my husband

Mine was NOa for 3 yrs both mine and husband, employment letters both, long form birth cert kids

our application is refused and reason was an offer not genuine. which is not the case!

I just have a question, does your brother have a caregiver certificate/education? if so, i cant think of a way why they refuse your application

My representative submitted my employer 's job letter, latest pay slips, bank statement and one year NOA with my original application, so, IRCCcan ask for more things or information? Thx..plz reply me

The only and one thing you can do is wait because it takes around 3 months for aor. Thnx.

Hi. They might ask your employer more info like NOAs because as far i know, they need 3 consecutive years for NoAs. They also need birth certs of the kids you will be looking after
