I am so sorry I new in the forum and I do not know how it works. I did medical examination but I do not know how to check my application status. I have not had any news since my medical check was done.

You need to either log into ECAS (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en) with your application information or create a GCKey account and link it to your application (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html) to check your status.

I did it but it says...
“We are not able to identify you”......
What is that means?

That somewhere your information that you are typing into the form doesn't match your application.

Well, I already did my medical examination. Do you know what’s it the next step?.

It would be easier for you if you call and make sure you are entering the correct information to get access online. Even if someone tells you the next step here...which basically is waiting...It won't help much.

It means that they've made a decision on your application.....

That is likely the sponsorship eligibility decision - which comes before medicals, etc.
