Hello, everyone,

Today I will sent the Reply of Procedural fairness letter.

My questions are;

1- In my profile, YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED is mentioned, whereas there's no option/tab available in my profile to sent the reply of Procedural fairness letter?

2- So keeping point 1 in mind, if there's nothing available then I will definitely submit the reply via "IRCC-Webform London".

3- Keeping point 2 in mind, when I submit the reply through Webform, will my status from YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED will be changed to SUBMITTED ?

Any input will be appreciated.

Hello - Just a random new and depressed member also stuck awaiting PPR since Nov 2018...

Meds passed shortly thereafter - no update since then
Requested & received Notes set 1 around May 2019 - nothing of importance noticed.
Requested & received Notes set 2 Around Nov 2019 with RR on Employment + POF around October 2019. Pro-actively sent updated docs and further support.
VO - Ottawa

Our representative was changed in very early 2019 and all docs sent with nothing mentioned in notes. A random request for a new rep change doc was requested last week out of the blue in response to our web-form requesting an update of the profile. No further mention of employment or POF was made and no further updates were given

You definitely have to submit your documents through webform because it can take few days for them to fix the link to upload and you don't want to miss the deadline...
When you send the webform, explain the situation and they will just forward the documents to the officer and will mention the date you sent It don't worry about that.
For the status YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED in your account it will not change but rest assured that they will receive the file because they will confirm the submission by replying to your webform inquiry usually after 3-4 days.
If you want another guarantee you can call as well after submission and they will put a note in your file stating that you submitted through webform!

PPR IT IS

I cannot believe I am writing this, I am so happy finally my journey ended. I was sitting in a boardroom with my colleagues and boss. We were discussing budget for 2020 "Serious Talks" and then I saw PPR mail in my gmail account I couldn't believe it, suddenly I got lost and started smiling. My boss asked me what happened but I couldn't say anything. Truth is I wanted to scream on his face LMAO. THIS FEELING IS AMAZING. I pray speedy PPR's to all the November folks.

The journey taught me so much. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. STRIVE HARD FOR WHAT YOU WANT AND NEVER EVER GIVE UP. A RAY OF HOPE WILL SHINE WHEN U LEAST EXPECT IT.

And yes thanks to all the group members for solving all the queries. Below is my timeline:

AOR - 30th November 2018

Medicals passed - 12th January 2019

Eligibility (GCMS) - RR for POF, submitted updated documents proactively in August 2019.

PPR - 17th Jan 2020

Try this:
Click "Check full application status"
Click "View Submitted application or upload documents"

You may find the upload option there.

If this does not work then you have to upload the document using webform.

Submitting webform will not update the Your action is required.

Medicals expired October 25th 2019
RR on POF and Employment. Proactively sent updated documents.
Jan 15th received request for updated POF and uploaded the next day.

So... hang in there.... it's just matter of waiting game. Your turn will come soon too.....
