What was your first ADR and second ADR?

1st - Updated Sch A (it seems mine had minor gap to complete the the 10 years of 4 months and my wife had a mistake i put 16/2014 instead of 6/2014) RPRF and PCC
2nd - Had to Update the PCC with translation ( I knew I upload it the one without translation by mistake but the website was having issue and didnt let me change it so i sent it and right away sent a webform with the correct documents but they asked for it before they received it)

Similar timeline as yours, but I didn't get PAL yet. My online account shows eligibility is under reviewing, additional documents are under reviewing, background check not start. So frustrating.

actually mine hasnt been update since the passed medicals, mine still show eligibility is under reviewing I know is passed because of the PAL plus because I called and they told me.
