Job Offer........
  1. Yes
Hi everyone,
I got 2 refusal, the first one was in september and the second one was in november.
I have admission for college but now i apply for fairleigh university for master program and they told me that I have to wait after these holidays.
Do I have any chance to get my visa for third time?! The reason for my rejection were not leaving canada and purpose of visit.
Thanks in advance for your advice

Switching institutions around after two rejections makes you seem like a less genuine student and increases risks of you overstaying and not disclosing your true purpose of visit.

Then what should i do?!!
I just heard that applying for university will raise the chance of getting visa

Not necessarily. The more you apply, the more desperate you look to come to Canada, no matter the institution.

Additionally, Farleigh Dickinson is a private university operating in Canada. It has an extremely high proportion of international students, and some visa officers may consider it a primary candidate for study permit abuse by students who just want a visa to come to Canada and then never leave.

If you were accepted at a public university, it may be different.

The visa officer rejected you because he isn't certain that you will leave Canada at the end of the stay? Is that true? You are staying in Canada after your studies?

A person doesn't need to be in Canada to have that reason for rejection. The visa officer believes that the applicant is unlikely to leave after their studies. The studies haven't started yet, necessarily.

so you're using a study permit as a way to work and get PR in Canada?

Your agent gets commissions from the school when they recommend it to you. You paid the application registration fees to the school right? take a guess where that money go to.

I guess you have a University degree or Higher diploma that is why you're now applying for Master program. Applying to college program except for PGDiploma after university leave a lot of doubt and questions from Visa Support staffs. Remember that, Fairleigh Dickson University (Vancouver) has only two master programs that will make you eligible for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP). Also, did you consider the tuition for international student? The undergraduate fees is super high.

Would wait and see what happens but you do have an opportunity to switch schools before starting if you get your study permit.
