2) even distribution of scores between 451-481

How is it that your score is 471 and you havent received an ITA in a year? Am I missing something?

This is such an obvious yet brilliant test all countries should do for immigrants.

It’s unbelievable what people from CERTAIN RELIGIOUSLY FANATIC countries have done. They go to Europe and ask the women there to cover their faces in public or not wear swim suits in the pools !!!!!

I applaud the public officials who had the balls to finally enforce this !! Wish US and European countries grew some guts to similarly enforce this.

Agreed. This makes perfect sense to me. The entitlement of many of my own countrymen when they land in the benevolent countries of the West irritates me beyond belief. You are guests to the land of a more successful civilization - do not impose your filthy mind on them; instead learn their values and grow.

Because my WES for my second credential comes on Oct 3rd, 2019, which is one date later than estimate...
Before that my score is 438.

Just answer truthfully and explain your situation. Try to provide honest reason as to why you have been unemployed since and the efforts you might have undertaken to find employment.

People go through tough times and it’s nothing to be ashamed of or hide.

In regards to how you still have funds, just explain you are living with family who take care of your needs.

Honesty is the best policy always and especially when dealing with immigration agents as they can sniff bull shit stories from a mile.

Extremist are everywhere related to covering faces, gender equality, colored, racial or certain animals. So it isnt necessary to write ur comment in capitals. Those who have learned to live in multicultural societies have made this world liveable and those who try to discriminate have made this world a living hell.

I strongly support gender equality and oppose extremisim related to religion but honestly I don't agree with Quebec's ban on religious symbols. Everyone should have a freedom to choose their beliefs and if wearing a religious symbol is something someone wants then they shouldn't be forced to remove them while working in public. This isn't helping in removing discrimination but actually this is talking right of choosing faith and belief away from people.

I do not see a problem here. I am not a religious person. I believe that you can wear religious symbols like a cross or a bible in you bag, under your clothes but when a woman HAS to cover her face in public ... Sorry, to me it sounds like an oppression.

BTW, here is another way to predict the next draw (Assuming Nov 13th):
As we know, in 129th draw:
Draw Size : 3900
PNP : 1,527.83 (estimated using the inflow rate between 10/11/2019 ---10/25/2019; which is 1255/23*28 )
Score Bands excluding PNP: 8 (from 475-481, plus 481+ as another band)
Profiles per score(>470) : 296.52 [(3900-1527.83) / 8)]
Thus in the next draw:
PNP: 1002 (assuming half of Aug + half of Sep)
471-481+ added in next two weeks: 296.52/2* 12 bands = 1,779.13
471-475 Left in the pool now: 296.52 * 3 = 889.57
Total 471+ at the time of next draw = 3670.7
Cutoff = 471-[ (3900-3670.7) / 296.52 ] = 470.31
