I think you need to resend your sop and reference letters as a reply to the email you have received regarding both the documents because i had a conversation with an official at kpu and he told that once we are done with your transcripts we will send you a mail regarding sop and rl then even if u have already sent us send them again for faster processing and decision

KPU received my transcript on September 6 according to the courier service but they did send any confirmation email regarding receiving of the transcript, neither application status is showing anything regarding receiving....should i wait or do something?
U have to wait for 2-3 weeks because currently they are processing transcripts from date 23-28 August this week and it will take them abt 20 days to come to your transcripts
Yes that will be updated on your portal once they see it but after abt 20 days
And also u can chk the status of your mail

You have to send your transcripts through mail which can be done by your university you last attend(not by you via email).Talk to your respective university for transcripts
i aplied for transcripts one month before they sent those transcripts to me under sealed envelope and stamp..but i didnt know that transcripts should be sent by my uni directly.. can i send it by myself
No ,,, transcripts must be send by your university in sealed envelope to KPU. They reject them if you send by your own.its better to contact your university to send them again but to the KP university.you have to give KPU address to them
I TALKED TO MY UNI.. THEY SAID YOUR ENVELOPE HAS UNIVERSITY ADDRESS NOT YOURS.. SO YOU CAN SEND IT BY YOUR OWN..
Ok ...then go to your nearest post office and do a speed fpost if you did not open it yet. I suggest you to get advice from your consultant before going furter. i think sender address should be from university official or you can post it from post office inside university (if your uni have one)...its better to consult someone have same issue from your uni and consultant. If your envelope has sender address of your university and receiptent address as KPU, then just simply pay fee for speed post.

If you envelope is sealed then only it will be accepted
If you have opened the seal then you have to re apply for transcripts and then provide kpus mailing address mentioned in next step email along with your student id
They will accept the envelope that is sealed by university opened envelope is not valid
If you have your courier ready with sealed envelope, then you can send it yourself by mentioning the address of your university in ‘from’ column. I had done the same.
