Yes
From ICAS - For my Bachelor's Degree it says - Private Career College Qualification

For Wes - Diploma Canadian Equivalent - 1 Year of post secondary study at a non-recognized institution.
(The Credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian Education credential).
For Wes - Bachelors - Bachelors degree from a non-recognized institution
(only institutions accredited by one of the six regional accrediting agencies in the united states are regarded by WES as recognized in Canada).

I have a post graduate certificate - but this was completed after my apllication was submitted so I cannot use this.

For Wes - Post graduate certificate - Post graduate diploma - (one semester)
status - Recognized Institution.

So Bachelors was assessed twice :-(

I'm just sad that I didn't do the application on my own because if the agent knew it would be a problem and submitted it anyway just really hurts. Just I went with an agent because I didn't know. I would have just wait and submitted the post graduate certificate she said she was going to add the diploma even after seeing the results from WES. I just feel crappy
These agents are such thieves who don't actually know what they're doing! It looks like you'll have to wait for the final decision to be made because there doesn't seem to be much else you can do. It's unfortunate that your Bachelors degree is from a non-recognized institution. If the agent knew how to do her job she would have seen that as a problem and advised you properly. Try to stay positive and maybe it will work out. If not def sue her. I know I would for wasting my time and money

Hi Dear, I want your help with an issue.
Every time I try to call the IRCC. I follow all the steps and i enter the file number and the year of birth then I hear a recorded message that all the agents are busy and please try to call later then the call disconnects.

This happend 4 times on four different days and timings.
Can you please advise how can I reach an agent to check my file.

Your help is highly appreciated
Thank you for asking this question. I have also never been successful in getting theough

You should raise the request to hussen again stating your situation and request him to intervene for status and early processing....one of my friend has done when she emailed second time she got PPR in 10 days
Could you kindly share Husein's email address?

Once you get transferred from global services to ircc options 1 1 1 - use options 2 1 1 0 - you will be transferred to member sponsorship line where it is the same agents handling pr calls - you will not get disconnected - good luck
Great!

Hi guys! Few tips and tricks to connect to a call center agent fast.

Try calling them on Google Hangouts and I haven't faced any issues with the app. Secondly, try calling them at 4.30 to 4.45pm (IST) in the evening and your wait time will only be 1 minute. I remember speaking to an agent thrice with a wait time of only 1 to 5 minutes.
Which handle do they use for Google hangouts?

A quick question.
I applied for GCMS notes through getgcms.com. Do I need to upload the consent form anywhere in my account?, or just sending the consent form to getgcms is enough?
That is enough! They will do the rest.

Thank you very much indeed

But why don't they understand, they are putting our life on hold...... They should just give a reply, whatever it is.
I tried a lot to find something in my cbsa notes..... But everything seems fine...... They are working on 2019 files , which is good and appreciated .... But why don't they understand that it's the 2017 or 2018 lot which is more frustrated because of the delay.......
Some applicants left jobs long back, thinking that ppr would come within 6-7 months.... And now they are without jobs....... Moreover.... After an year long wait they ask applicants to redo medicals .....again adding to the cost......
I think , it's really enough from der end..... It's high time they reply now......
Haha true ... I left my job about 6 months back moved to a different country and starting a masters now out of frustration as I don't have a work permit over here
