Any good or bad experience of having a representative (ICCRC approved) help with the process (HCP), which I should be cautious of ?

Though all information available in these forums to complete it on own, But I am having very less time.
Also thinking a representative might help catalyze my things and offload some burden.

They are coming at a high cost around 2500$, so was looking for opinion, if someone had an experience.
Incase someone have used services can you message me tried and tested companies.

Thanks!
My profile is being manage by an Immigration Lawyer based in Canada. They are very helpful and all documents were uploaded . I recently got my GCMS notes and everything is in order.. Just medicals pending from the Central medical office. ..

My suggestion, Go with Immigration lawyers in canada rather than your home country....

Hello, I have a question. 1560 hours calculation.
My first job , flexible part time, sometimes 8 hours or 10 or 30 hours, as 2nd lnaguage instructor for 1370 hours so far and still continuing (March 2018 - ). Lately, i got a second job also a 2nd language professor, that is full time, and already worked 300 hours (June 10 - ). So working both jobs right now.
Is it possible to claim both jobs for one year full time experience CEC ? No overlapping risk? Reference letters for all of them?

Thank you

Yes I am getting in touch with authorized companies/lawyers from Ontario itself.
If you could, please share the leads to this company/lawyer.

Thanks

Keep in mind, you will not have access to your own profile and will be completely in the blind if you use a rep. They usually manage multiple profiles and won't give you the login info.

Thanks for a quick reply!
This is news will have to make sure how this bit works.
I assumed, I will in parallel be able to view or maybe have option to proof/authorize once they have done uploading.

I believe there is a good chance of Wednesday's draw. So my IELTS expires on the 17th. If I submit everything by the 16th will I still have to retake the ielts later when submitting passport?

Also, in case draw doesn't happen when should I update existing IELTS result to another so that I remain in the pool?
IELTS gets locked at the time of submitting your PR application i.e., AOR. So if you receive ITA this Wednesday and submit your application before 17th, you are good. You don't need to retake IELTS after this.

Thanks for your revert.

I think getting a CPA won't be a big task due to the MOU with CPA Canada.

However, with 460 score can you tell me what is the chance to get invited and when do they release express draws?

I am new to the PR process and doing things myself so requesting for some suggestions.

Regards
Yes. So far as I understand, once you have your CA registration approved by the Toronto chapter of ICAI (they have an office there, check), they issue some sort of certificate, which then allows you to appear for only one module of CPA (instead of 4 that is required, since those are already covered in your Indian CA curriculum). So, you can do your CPA degree in max a year's time.

I am no expert / analyst of cut-off trends for CRS, but I guess with a 460 score, you can easily get the invite by September-October, if the biweekly draws continue without any more breaks.

CIC conducts the express entry draws mostly on Wednesdays, every 2 weeks usually. Next draw is expected on 14th Aug.

Thanks.

Anyone here whose EE profile hasn't expired post the expiry date ?? Mine was supposed to expire yesterday, but hasn't expired till now.

I have a nomination in my account, but yet to receive ITA. That could not be the reason. As far as I know, despite having a nomination in your account, profile used to expire upon the end of one year validity period. And then, we had to create a new profile, request nomination from the province in the new account and then get the ITA.

Has anybody else had a similar experience?? Or is this a technical glitch?

Any inputs will help a lot.

Thanks.

Hello guys I need your input with this.
I just submitted my documents yesterday.Under the education placeholder,my document checklist showed that I should upload my degree certificate, which is my masters certificate I did.
I didn’t upload my ECA report. would this cause any issues? Your opinion pls.

The worst thing for anyone in the range of 450-463 is not only the fact that CIC has skipped a biweekly draw, but also the fact that oinp noi has been issued to so many people during last 2 months. Everything is going bad currently for so many people. We badly need some positivity from Cic.
