Hen are u again writing your ielts 17 or 24 aug

I will write on 24th Aug or else in the begining of Sept

Should i go for re-evaluation for writing, in my last attempt i got 7 in writing but this time its 6.5?

yeah, can i know what is the process to do so, do i have to wait till i receive my score card

The only reason i suggested that you can try for EOR is

1. Its just a matter of 0.5
2. Your scores in the other sections are really good.
3.incase an increase of 0.5 occurs..it might well seal the deal of IELTS for you once and for all.
4. There are 'n' number of ppl whose W score increased by 0.5 after EOR
5. So i felt , you may give it a try. If it works...well and good...if not you will have the satisfaction that you've atleast tried taking a WISE risk ( though the cost factor hurts !! )

Does by any chance it increases by 1 point..

Hi everyone,
My ielts scores are lrsw 9 9 8 6.5 and overall 8. I was very confident that I will get at least 7 in writing but unfortunately I did not. Should I go for a recheck?

So many have good score in other components by 0.5 less in either speaking or writing..its just a gambling

24th is academic only, September 7 is general.

Guys please suggest should I go for revaluation..I was confident on writing as I had written to the task and had completed it with opinion..used complex sentences as well as variety of sentences..now my writing is 6..does it increases by 1 point ???
Or simply I will waste money..

Or should I go for new test

Even I was confident that my writing was good

6 is in writing, even I was very confident with my writing tasks this time

Hi ,
I have heard of a friend in Oman whose writing scores improved from 6.5 to 8 !!
Having said that , it could be a one-off case .

Am really really not sure.
