HI Guys!

I have a peculiar situation. My wife is a Cabin Crew in an International Airline, and therefore flying to 3-4 countries every month.

1) Some Flights return after 2 hours of landing, so the Crew don't cross immigration and stay inside the aircraft. So, does this count as a record in Travel History?

2) Other International Flights have a 1-2 day stop-over at the destination & her passport is just scanned (not stamped) at the immigration as the stop-over does not exceed 76 hours ever. So Passport does not show any record of International Travel. Do we have to show this record in Travel History?

3) She currently lives in Saudi Arabia (Residence Permit since 5 years) and is a citizen of India. She does come to India every month, and her Passport is stamped by Immigration on every visit to India, does this also count in Travel History?

4) If I take into consideration every trip she has made in the past 5 years, the Travel History will be well over 200 entries :O Should I show it in LOE?

Sorry not really sure about the answer to all of your questions. But as long as a person stays inside airport and passport is not stamped with arival or departure stamp (for example: during small stay INSIDE THE AIRPORT in a country while waiting for connecting flight) It doesn't need to be included in travel history.

Also correct me if I am wrong guys but I don't think travel to you country of origin & to your country of residence needs to be mentioned in travel history.

FYI you can add 30 enteries in Travel history. So I guess you are going to have to figure out a way to show more enteries somehow. Hope it helps!

In my opinion - you will have to get a logbook of her travels - if cabin crew carry one (I do not know).

Everything will be counted as travel. Cockpit and Cabin Crew have a "General Duty form" they travel on. This acts as their authorization document.

Since the GD is signed off by the security agencies / border agencies / customs etc. Plus there are biometric fingerprints taken in most Middle Eastern destinations (Jeddah is the base of operations for your Mrs I presume?) therefore there is indeed some sort of computer entry.

A friend of mine is a pilot and was applying for EE a while back. The people he consulted told him that all entries in the last 10 years would be required. Imagine his 80 hour schedule of international travel per month.

Y r u transferring such a huge amount... Funds in your account can be used as POF as u r accompanying....

I doubt it. Generally funds should be readily available to the primary applicant in his account. However, if the secondary one possesses all of the funds then an NOC letter is required, in which it would be declared that the respective funds could be used by the Main applicant whenever he/she needs it. He/she is free to use it according to one's requirements.

One of my friend got his medicals done from ahmedabad.. he said that the hospital kept two copies of ITA letter.. is that practice correct? Are they allowed to keep copies of applicant's ITA letter?

They only need UCI number and profile no. from ITA To link your medical on the emedical portal with your PR application. I believe they kept the copy for that information but most panel physician offices don't do that.

If you are talking about the Test Report Form (TRF) number.....for IDP its right at the bottom of your online result page.....however you still need to wait for the report itself to know the date of the result to fill in your express entry profile.

is it visible for the British Council? My test center doesnt mail the TRF, I have to physically pick it up and that's nearly a two hour drive away.

I sincerely dont know about british council now.....but in the past it wasnt.

You can always put a call through to your center to send the TRF via courier telling them u will bear the cost....

I hope that CIC make changes to the rules in regards to birthdays such as if at least people can compensate that with experience. Right now 3+ years exp is similar to someone having 5+ Or 10+ years of exp but if CIC can allocate more pts for experience that’ll help ppl who are feeling dejected when their birthdays turn up.

My current crs is 428 (waiting for ECA evaluation which will add 10 pts, dunno when).

I don't think the CRS will be 459 again, what will make it 459? Because I guess high number of PNP of 31st may has gotten approval in the last draw, and I don't think July 12 tech has started getting any approval yet. What could possibly make it 459?

no i feel like CRS cut off will remain north of 457 until at least September. OINP only cleared at most 10% of the applications for the 31st NOI by the 7/24 draw and there will be a steady 200+ people with CRS 1000+ for each draw. That's the deciding factor for the cut off to remain at 457+.

I also think that Travel History from Country of Residence & Country of Citizenship is not required to be filled; not sure though. I am thinking of incorporating the rest of Travel History (beyond 30) in the LOE.

Thanks for your reply. I think incorporating all her international trips in the LOE would suffice.

Travel History from Country of residence to the home Country (Citizen) has to be mentioned too??
