WES Timeline/Tracking 2019

I am also in the same boat. My documents reached WES on 10 June next status update on 13 June, 18 June and 5 July. The status was same "We received your documents. We are reviewing your documents". Don't know when they will update the next status.

At least yours has the update every couple of weeks. Mine Shows no sign after 12 June. Should we call them? The email responses are very generic.

You guys should call them. My first status update was on 13th June as well which was "weve receive your docs. We're reviewing your docs. Second update still the same on 24th June. Last update was last night after I called them. Now my WES status is we are reviewing your evaluation report. Your report is due for completion on 8/9/2019.

Wow that's a great news.
My status after response from University is still stuck at "We recieved your documents. We are reviewing your documents".... It's stuck here since 5/7/19.
I just don't know who is sitting on my file....

Which courier service did you use? My university sent marksheets twice and they rejected saying it wasn’t sent directly from you university.

Ha Ha... We are on the same page I guess...
Quick Tip: No use in checking the WES portal during the day as it is night over there. (Applies only if you are in India). Check from 8pm and also in the morning for updates.(Thats what I did every morning after waking up...)

Congrats. Pls how long did it take WES to give you a due date after your university replied to secondary verification? My uni replied WES 1st of July still dashboard reading 'on hold' we are waiting for your institution to verify your documents.

Here is my timeline:

07-05-2019- documents recieved by wes.Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time
07-06-2019- Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time
18-06-2019- Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time. Your evaluation is due for completion on 7/9/2019
04-07-2019- your order is under final review and your evaluation report will be sent to your recepients.
04-07-2019- Report was available online. (Canadian Equivalency: Masters)

Bachelors: BE, University of Madras.
Masters: ME, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia

Which courier service should I use to send my documents. My university sent my documents twice and WES rejected it saying they were not sent DIRECTLY from the university even though they actually were. I am thinking I should take the sealed envelope myself this time and sent it via DHL. Any suggestions?? Please help.

My status update as follows

1st update 12-06-2019
We received your documents.we are reviewing your documents

2nd update 24-06-2019
We received your documents.we are reviewing your documents

Since then there is no update, I have contacted through contact us portal but no update yet. Can I expect report to be complete before next draw.

What is happening it has been a month and not change in my status at WES. The timeline says:

Status: In progress
We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).

Status last updated: 6/14/2019

Already dropped an email to them seeking latest update but no update on that mail as well.

Anyone faced situation like this.... please advise. How much more time will it take for WES to review.
