I haven't received my GCMS notes in 50 days, when I call them my application # is not recognized over the phone, and they just send me the same standard response for the web form - regardless of the question.
Having that said, how do I know my application VO office? Any alternative?
Call up the IRCC call centre and select to speak to an agent . I have had success in getting through to an agent between 9:30 am to 10:30 am EST and between 3:30 PM to 4 PM EST. Once connected, ask them your visa office.
The notes seem like a problem that you should complain to the company that orders them in your place.
As far as the phone call is concerned, I'm not sure myself. I haven't made any calls.
Think of webforms as basically a means to upload new documents and nothing else. Don't be surprised by the non-answers.
Montreal VO is unique in the sense that it's really isolated. There isn't a known e-mail address that the public can send to.
So I'm sorry, but the only thing you can do right now seems to be to complain to the people who took your $15 for the notes.

So Eligibility Review Required is better than Eligibility Recommended Pass.

Yes , when I called agent.agent told me that there is review required on employment, so I have uploaded all the documents related to employment.. on top of that Monday I called CIC and told them my processing time passed.. I requested them to send the remider mail..... dont know which one helped here...

I too have the review required on my eligibility due to insufficient residence proof of my PR sibling.
As soon I came to know (28May) I submitted all the additional documents for my sibling residence proof.
is review required on eligibility same as review required on employment? ( @SithLord / @Techbird )
