Again, not necessary. If the funds are solely in spouse's account, then she can simply give a letter of consent and funds will be acceptable. She may or may not accompany you and that won't have any bearing on the validity of the PoF.
Haven’t read this anywhere, don’t know about it, can’t comment

Read it end to end.. You are referring to "If your spouse is coming with you, you can count money you have together in a joint account. You may be able to count money in an account under their name only, but you must prove you have access to the money.".. right?

This says for an account that's not under your name.. The account I am talking about is under my name.. gets all its funds from a salary account which is solely under my name..

Weren't you saying that you have an joint account with your mum?
If yes, it is not an acceptable proof of funds.
Get an affidavit from your mother that the amount in the account solely belongs to you, you can use it however you like, and she has no right of possession to it. Create a fixed deposit in your name.
The affidavit can be used with LoE or somewhere else.

All I wanted to say here is that you, and only you, should be the holder of all the required money. No one else. Otherwise, it is not approved.

Thank you for your kind words. I wish you the same!
Hey sir I see you are very experienced in predictiong CRS scores. I think there will be another special program draw at the end of September according to last year's schedule. I am at 456 right now and is it correct to say that within the next 7 draws I should be chosen? I feel like if I don't get chosen before that September special draw later I won't get the ITA this year due to the new PM and changes to immigration. My work permit is expiring next September and I will have 467 points next year with the same IELTS results.

Guys above 450, please stop freaking out. Our time will come. This CRS uptick at-least to me seems to be a temporary thing. It might have to do with Graduation season or Job completion season. With these many candidates above 460 there’s only one explanation. These are inland candidates who are young (implying they are students or young professionals with Canadian degrees).

We may see sharp fall in CRS scores if the draws are conducted every fortnight going forward. Think about it, they have to issue about 48000 more ITA’s this year. Do you guys honestly think there are so many people above 450? Just look at the pool distribution, 450+ scenario is not dim at all, it might take at most 4-5 draws to reach lower 450 levels again.

People with Macrophobia should consider other possibilities to increase their CRS score, for others who have time and patience, please wait it out and find something to do until you get an ITA. This might also help you when you wait after submitting your application for approximately 6 months.

I feel you man, but I sometimes just can't help thinking the worst case scenario. I am at 456, and I feel like there will be another special program delay in September according to last year's schedule. If that happens, the score will be more than 465 possibly at 468 I am assuming, and the election this October is also a concerning factor. My work permit expires next year and I will have 3 years of Canadian work exp at that time but still, I hope don't have to go back to my country to apply again.

What do you think the scores will be in the next coming months?

You’ll be fine with 456, just be patient for couple of draws. Good luck!

Are there any specific reasons that you think the election or the new govt could make the immigration difficult next year?

Western world has awaken towards unlimited immigration, and this is a trend starting from USA then Australia and New Zealand. Andrew Sheer is not against immigration but he has promised that he will make refugee programs harder for sure, and possibly economic class. After election there will be around a year of time before big changes hit IRCC due to Canadian political and legal systems. 2020 is going to a year of change for immigration.

Economic immigration would be the least hit (if even hit). Leave your worries aside and focus on what's at hand. :)

Next probable Skilled Trade draw will be in October month since there’re 5 Wednesdays coming in Oct and the same way, CIC conducted this type of draw last year too.

Before that, you’ve really bright chances to recieve ITA with 456 score. So, don’t worry about it!

Two things

1. Creating this new talking point of a B2B draw will give the regular trolls yet another chance to take swipes if it doesnt happen. Its no surprise they are yet to tell us what this particular maintenance notice is for. They will wait till Tuesday or Wednesday when its clear no draw will occur to say yes they said it 6 months ago.

2. The solution to the present state of things is not a B2B draw. This is because its always followed by a minimum of 3 weeks for the next draw to occur and we all know what that means.

If CIC are really interested in what is happening in the pool at the moment and want to make changes, the most logical thing is for them to increase ITA and i do not think they are bothered about that for now.

After all said and done, no one, I repeat no one knows what ( and when it ) will happen next. All we have is The Ray Of Hope.
What's b2b draw?
