I remember I chose the last two letters for questions 21 to 24 which assures me that I am correct...
I however think there were 5 options...

it was said as electronic........so it cannot be encyclopedia

The correct answer was actually encyclopaedia. There are electronic encyclopaedias in Chicago.
Besides, CD would not fit into the question.

I actually wanted to choose A for question 21 but when I peeped into 2 people's work and saw D, I changed my answer.
23 is D. I had to write down the key words in the discussion and matched the answer.
