Received a reply for the web form we raised last week. It was about my husband's entry to Canada.

Good day,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We are pleased to inform you that we have received the mailing address of your spouse. It has been updated on file accordingly.

While verifying your file, we noticed that the office responsible is already aware of your spouse’s co-op work permit status.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you with any immigration, refugee and/or citizenship future requests:

Sincerely,

Julia, Agent 4037
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

Atleast they did not give us a generic reply.
4 days left now. No update.

My AOR is Nov 4 and still stuck in IP1. I received my GCMS notes that I had ordered on 25th April. What is interesting to note is that they were generated 2 days ago on May 22nd. The file also says this and it mentions my relieving letter which I had submitted on May 21, 2019.

Eligibility is met and there is a review required on Client Information. Everything else appears to be met. Any thoughts?

Now I am wondering whether I should have mentioned unnecessary information in Client Information like source of funds, explanation of address history, etc.

Also, the due date mentioned is June 20, 2018. My file last seen on Dec 20, when the case analyst marked my eligibility as met. So it appears that the 6 month period begins from the date the file is first assessed.

I have a question, and I kindly ask to answer it ONLY if you're 100% sure you know what you're talking about.
I've just received my notes (ordered on April 17). The eligibility status is met (since December 13), everything else not started. Info sharing is in progress. AOR November 1st.

Question: am I right to assume that eligibility "MET" doesn't mean that eligibility is completely passed and there's one more step, which involves immigration officer?

Another comment: I am so surprised that eligibility was met over 4 months ago and there hasn't been any movement at all after that. That's so confusing.
Yes, there is a final step of review by an immigration officer. If something like this (http://i68.tinypic.com/2wn31w5.jpg) isn't there on your notes, then its not complete.

This step is done only once EVERYTHING on your application is completed e.g. criminality verification, security review by CBSA/CSIS, info sharing etc. The officers looks at everything, looks at anything highlighted for review by case analyst & program assistant and takes the final decision to either approve, reject, send an ADR or send an PFL.

So if there is no movement for 4 months, then either one of these steps is not complete or its in the queue and there are several applications before yours that are pending final review. IRCC is severly short staffed, a popular VO like NDVO will have only 20-30 officers to process student visas, work visas, visitor visas, sponsorship applications etc

Any comments by the agent? It seems everything is now done from case analyst...

That part about client info review required is a generic thing on all GCMS notes. I would not worry about it.

I know. Moreover, I'm an October applicant and my security is in progress :D

That's why I was surprised that @SithLord can predict PPR soon while the security hasn't been started :)
I don’t know but several people sad to me that if your security is not completed in several days or a week this increases chances that your application is under ss. But another question arises, how so many people with different backgrounds can be under ss. This just doesn’t make sense.
