Hi,
Need your insights on review required cases. My AOR is 3rd Aug, 2018 and I have completed 9 months wait period. Through gcms notes I understood am under RR for my employment, R75. I am not been asked for any additional documents either. Any mail to CIC says file is under review with a reviewing officer but no movement at all. Any of you here facing the same issue?? Pls share

Hello guys,
I initially took an appointment for medicals this Saturday since I was expecting my ITA yesterday. Since yesterday was for FST, I did not receive the ITA.

I am thinking of leaving my appointment running because I will be traveling next week for 15 days and I’m afraid that the doctors would not be available when I come back because I come back on an Islamic holiday and would be a long holiday here where I live.

I am expecting ITA in the next draw that will probably take place next Wednesday as I have a high score. Will they accept the tests?

While I know everyone recommends having them close to the submission date, but I have all my documents ready and will be submitting anyway by the 10th of June. I also know that I would get a visa validity up until 1 year post medical test results but I’m planning to land as soon as I get my PR anyway.

Has anyone ever done it? Did they accept your results?

Ya they wills . I got ITA in July 2017 my medical and PCC were done in may 2017. That’s the thing you don’t want to get her all documents after you receive ITA. If you are sure you will get ITA than start finishing all things before you receive ITA. Are you inland or Outland??

Am in the same situation as you.

Based on the call I had with the physician's office, you can always do up front medicals, they will upload the results in the eMedical system and give you a form to upload in your AOR.

I don’t know about Fingerprints thing for Outland applicants so if anyone is expecting ITA In next draw than make sure you get all documents ready with RCMP fingerprint check as well (For inland applicant) which takes about 6 weeks .

I will try and apply for pcc beforehand too because it takes two weeks to be ready, but i’m not sure the government will allow me to do so here without a letter.

Ya anywhere you can do without letter. Because you don’t want to wait after you receive ITA. You can do Upfront Medical and PCC anywhere in world without ITA. Just don’t know about Outland biometrics / fingerprint thing. You can do that as well in advance but where and how to do outside canada that I don’t know.

In my case I received ITA July 12 submitted all documents on july 14 and PPR in 60 days.

How is going solo despite being married is manipulating system? How does one define if its genuine case? I'm bit confused about drawing lines here

To get more points you are not taking your wife with you and you will take her after a year than what’s the point of different point system for married and unmarried persons . Everyone will do the same and CUTOFF will be 500

Lol! Just ignore these misconceptions. If you can convince CIC,
simply say "due to the family commitments and your parents, you cannot accompany your wife with you at the moment! However, Once you get settled in Canada, then you will be looking forward to sponsring your spouse later!"

I don't find it that complex. Although, this process will take 8-12 months in total. In that case you're supposed to invite her after a period of 6 months to 1 year, in order to avoid any questionings!!

Great. So I think everyone should do this. Lol this is not true. I had a lot people came to me with the same issue and their spouse’s application was rejected after 2 years . So what I am saying is this is not possible. If it’s possible to get PR by using this trick than everyone who is married at around 420-430 they should do the same thing,
